Our founder and head chef began his journey with a passion for cooking, training in classical French cuisine and working in top 5-star kitchens. After accepting Islam in 1985, he left the industry due to pork and alcohol but missed the quality meats he once enjoyed. He began making Halal sausages at home, and with his wife Nazneen’s support, turned it into a business. In 1996, he graduated top of his class in sausage making, and today leads East Meats West with a commitment to faith, quality, and tradition.
