As one of the few 100% Muslim-owned and operated meat processing plants in Canada, we take pride in offering products you can trust. Every item is crafted in our own facility located in Mississauga, where personal care and strict standards ensure supreme taste, safety, and authenticity.

From Passion to Purpose The Journey of a Chef Turned Halal Artisan
Since high school, our founder had a deep love for the culinary arts studying baking, French cuisine, and short-order cooking. His skills took him to the kitchens of prestigious restaurants like the Four Seasons Hotel and Church Street Café, where he trained in classical French cuisine. However, after accepting Islam in February 1985, he stepped away from the food industry due to its heavy use of pork and alcohol, choosing instead to work in construction.
Yet, the craving for high-quality, flavorful meats remained. Disappointed by the lack of authentic Halal options, he began crafting his own sausages at homefirst as a hobby, then as a mission.

A Dream Takes Shape From a Home Kitchen to a Halal Meat Brand
In 1990, with the support of his wife Nazneen, he was inspired to take this passion seriously. By 1996, he graduated at the top of his class in sausage making and smoked meats from Vancouver Community College.
What began in a spare room converted into a tiny processing space soon became something greater. By the year 2000, he opened his very own plant and storefront. Today, that humble beginning has evolved into a full-scale provincial meat processing facility, producing over 80 varieties of Halal products, all made with the same dedication, quality, and love that started it all.
